MS 90 DICER
The MS90 is constructed from stainless steel and can be used to dice and strip cut at up to 850kg per hour.
Hand diced results are achieved by using a four dimensional pre-compression that holds the meat firm whilst the extremely long blades slice through the meat and sinew to give perfect separate cubes.
The MS90 is delivered with a multi-grid that will quickly adjust to virtually any size thus enabling you to give all your  customers exactly what they are looking for without further investment required.

The MS 100.3 is designed for a higher capacity operation, where cutting quality is as important as throughput.
The larger chamber enables a higher throughput with no deterioration of the finished product.

MS 120 JM DICER
The MS120 JM is a machine that has been designed and built with the British meat processor in mind. Featuring
a massive 126 x 126cm cross section ideal for cooked logs of meat and large primal cuts therefore requiring minimal cutting down to size. The machine also features the four dimensional pre-compression, so while dicing at a speed of nearly 1900kg per hour you have the assurance that every cube is individual and clean cut- just like traditional hand diced.

The MS 120.5 is a fully automatic dicing machine with a mechanically controlled guillotine for use with either a hopper or flap - when working with frozen blocks (no colder than -3).
